System timezone is not in sync with DB and PHP

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I have encountered a problem on my agent side. When they log in, it displays:

'There is a time synchronization problem with your system, please tell your system administrator.'

Additionally, the agent interface does not connect with my softphone user. After reviewing the system, I saw that the system timezone is not in sync with DB, PHP.

I am unsure how this happened because it was previously working, and I haven't made any changes. I thought it might be a DAHDI driver issue, but I'm not sure.

I used these commands to unload and load DAHDI, but the issue persists. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

The problem is resolved. Refer to williamconley's answer here 'http://eflo.net/VICIDIALforum/viewtopic.php?t=40431#p144973'.

There is no Asterisk screen.

According to williamconley's answer, first:

Check:

"The server (under Admin -> Servers) to 'Auto-Restart Asterisk = Y' if it is not already. Also, verify 'Active Asterisk Server = Y' and 'Active = Y'."
Then, go to /etc/astguiclient.conf:

Check that the value of VARserver_ip is correct (it should be the IP of this server) and that VARDB_server is "localhost."
Most importantly, check the value of VARactive_keepalives, which should be VARactive_keepalives => 123456789E, because it has changed on your server.
Finally, execute the command:

perl /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_keepalive_ALL.pl --debugX

Then, check

screen -ls

to see if they are present, and the problem should be solved.
