Hi all i have some troubles or misunderstandig with a dtmf and phone log in my system
i have a all in one system with 10 users an 2 campaings

the flow is the following :
1)Clients call to a DID
2)The did sent de call to a inbound group
---so far so good--
3)Next the user send the call to a "survey menu " .Transfer the call to a DID 500 ; i add the lines to default context
exten => 500,1,Goto(trunkinbound,500,1)
exten => 500,n,Hangup()
4)the DID 500 sent the call to a inbound group "survey group"
5)Configure after hour in this group to force sent ten calll to a menu"survey menu " and change Action Transfer CID to CUSTOMERCLOSER
6)The call menu reproduce a audio file to tell client to press a number form 1-5 , and check the dtmf Log Field to "city"
All the process work well but when i check the list 998 (default inbound list ) and export call record , the customer phone is the user ext like

So i need your help to understand what happen , i need the client phone in that log . In the the default list 998 the client phone is ok but in the trnasfer the phone numero is change with that code

1) you should post your Installer with Full Version (EG: Vicibox 11.0.1)
2) Why are you not using Vicidial to route the call to the call menu rather than using a custom diaplan entry?
I'm not being a smartass here: If there's a reason, I'm looking for that reason. If there's NOT a reason: Then you need merely download the (Free!) Vicidial manager's manual (from EFLO.net, there is both a paid and free version available) and follow instructions for what you are trying to accomplish.
3) WHY did the call go first to an ingroup before the call menu rather than directly to the Call Menu?
For some clarity: As soon as you send any call to any location outside Vicidial, Vicidial scripts lose all control over the call and all future vicidial handling / reporting / control is lost.
Trunkinbound is meant to send all inbound calls to the DID manager and after that they stay entirely within Vicidial control and never revert to a "custom dialplan entry".
You present as someone who possibly understands Asterisk but not Vicidial. If that is the case, remember that observation of asterisk functionality in the vicidial system is possible, but any attempt to manipulate it must be from the Vcidial web interface and never in a custom diaplan entry.

1)I have vicibox 8.1
2) for some reason the user cannot transfer the call to a DID, I needed to solve it quickly, so I decided to do it in the dial plan and it worked fine.
3) I sent the call through an incoming group because if I sent it directly it doesn't register the DTMF code, so I read a forum where MATT said I had to do it that way first in the incoming group and after calling the menu, in that way if em registers the DTMF code
in the end I solved the problem, I realized that when transferring the call from the inbound group to the call menu the system replaced the phone number (I think system put the phone name ). so I decided to replace it on the dialplan after , maybe it is not the best way but it saved me some work.

Good that you posted your solution.
Consider reading the Vicidial Manager's Manual to allow agents to transfer the call to an Ingroup (aka: Transfer Group) within Vicidial rather than using an extension. Now that you have a functional system and perhaps a bit of time. Eventually this will come in handy.
