Disable pause "pause login"

Hi everyone, I am looking for an option that allows when the agent logs into the system. It is paused. Once they are ready to call, they need to click the Pause button to be available and take calls. I appreciate your help in advance.

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (11.X.X?) and vicidial version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (EG: vSphere Version 6.X.X). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) What you describe IS the default behavior of Vicidial. Ordinarily when an agent logs in to Vicidial they are paused and MUST push the button to release to pause and begin taking calls. If your installation does not have agents Paused on login, it is a special install or has been altered. Thus it would be useful to know more about your installation.

Hi William, thanks for your reply, but it seems I didn't explain myself well :roll: . What I need is for the agent not to pause logging in when entering. I'm using Vicibox 11.

Vicibox 11 is only the major version number of the installation disk. You should post the full version of the installer. And you did not post the Vicidial Version with build at all! LOL Really: You should.

Um ... are you trying to say you want to BLOCK the agent's ability to Pause entirely after logging in? Or that you want the agents to NOT be paused when they log in, just go straight to "READY" state as soon as they log in?

imagine Bill still going on with the antiquated idea that any of that matters with the question he had, heh. Thats how ratio works for any install method or os, its how the system works by default. once they go active, they get a call, once the call is over, they dispo the call and it automatically goes back into active. Good luck, ignore Bill, hes stuck in his old ways.

We've added code for this for a few clients. Unaware if the core has this feature yet (those were old clients, nobody has asked in the last couple versions).

PS: Don't make this about you and I. This is not reddit or 9gag. And the poster was asking about "unpause on login" not "unpauses between calls", which is already an option so I'm not sure what you're on about anyway.
