Call Count for User in Different Reports

Postby manishkadiya » Fri Aug 09, 2024 2:57 am

Hello Members,
I am using,
VERSION: 2.14-918a
BUILD: 240528-1722
Running on VICIBOX11 opensuse:leap:15.5.

I have encountered an issue with inconsistent call counts in Vicidial's reporting. The problem is evident when comparing the "User Stats" report and the "Agent Time Detail" report for a specific user.

Details:

User: 1105
Date Range: 2024-08-08
In the "User Stats" report, the total calls for 1105 are shown as 205. However, when checking the "Agent Time Detail" report for the same date range, the calls for the same user are displayed as 153.

This discrepancy in call counts is concerning, as it affects the accuracy of our performance tracking and reporting.

Screenshots: Image

I have attached screenshots of the reports for your reference.

User Stats Report: 205 calls
Agent Time Detail Report: 153 calls
Request for Assistance:

Could you please provide insights into why there might be such a difference between these reports? Is this a known issue or a configuration problem on our end? Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Have you modified any special reporting settings that may remove "non customer contact calls" from reports, or are you using any scripts that modify logs after-the-fact to manage sales or other data?

I just checked a recent installation on a client server presently in use and found no discrepancies.

No , Client don't want to use dispo screen so I have disabled it from campaign Using "Disable Dispo Screen: DISPO_DISABLED"
and Disable Dispo Status:"ANSWER".

Client is using ADMIN lead API to update leads if lead is callback or sale.

Probably your culprit.

run a couple tests. Upgrade to the latest if you can confirm this is the problem, and if upgrading does NOT fix the problem: post to the Vicidial Issue Tracker (at the top of this page) that you found a bug. With details. 8-)
