3-way conference

I've done this a million times, this is a slightly different scenario but should work, maybe somethings missing.

I have 2 asterisk boxes one acting as a media gateway (with PRI's) and one as the VICIDIAL server.

1. Call comes in through Media GW and transfers via IAX2 trunk to VICIDIAL server into inbound campaign.
2. Agent receives live call, agents transfers call to an external number which then traverses back that same IAX2 trunk out the mediagw to the specified number.
3. call is received by 3rd party. All persons can speak "Agent/Customer/3rd Party"
4. Agent then selects "leave 3-way call". it disconnects the Customer from the Agent and the 3rd Party but leaves the Agent/3rd Party connected. Customer is in limbo indefinately.

No output relating to native bridging or anything of that sort.

There is a debug file generated in the agc web folder that may help. Also take a look at the process_action file to see if anything looks off there.
