I am hearing a choppy lines., especialy when im using vicidial? what could be the cuase of this problem.,?

i command ztcfg -vv

but no version of my zaptel was show?did my commands correct?

when you follow the scratch_install

it will sure guide you to download the version of zaptel

so that is the version iam asking for , or did you download and installed latest version of zaptel ?

sad to say thats., our vicidial and asterisk was installed by our previous IT., and i cant reach him now thats why im quite in troubleshooting this problem in our company? is there any way can i reinstall the zapata? without having problem with the other configs?

Hi

yes you can install

but after installation of zaptel

recompile asterisk also needed, if you are not familiar with the system

better opt a consultant, or setup your own demo systerm before doing live setup.
