Vicidial Problem

Hello,
we have a strange problem with our Vicidial. We load leads in the list to make autocalls from a specific compaign. The compaign local time is from 11 morning till 22 in the evening. But sometimes not very often we observe that there are some calls outside this time period, say in the night hours. Also we have complains about that.
Why can it happen?

Hello,
which country you are dialing, if you have configured proper country code and gmt offset to leads, and also have you setup call times for your duration and assigned to campaign?
please check for these settings.

Thanks for your answer.

We are dialing locally, not to other countries. Campaign times are exact what we want and generally working accordingly. But sometimes we see calls at night logs and we also have complains.
Here is what fields we use in a leads file.
We dont even use gmt offset.

vendor_lead_code source_id list_id phone_code phone_number title first_name middle_initial last_name address1 address2 address3 city state province postal_code country_code gender date_of_birth alt_phone email security_phrase comments

Is your users login to campaign and make calls or you are using remote agents for dialing? because as per the local time functionality of campaigns, leads wont load.
so please confirm which is your flow of dialing?

We have found that a lot of times people will complain that they are being called at 7AM PST in the morning and that they are in CALI when centers are calling at 10AM EST and it usually turns out to be that yes, they are living in Cali now and the address shows as such, however the phone number being called is an area code belonging to Florida. Sometimes you need to change the Timezones to be used by postal code rather than area code if the data requires it when this issue happens often.

because as per the local time functionality of campaigns, leads wont load.
Sorry didnt understand it?
In our case leads are loaded and work fine but sometimes vicidial dials at night hours.

Its not our case as I can guess, cause our country in one hour time range.

To my knowledge, there is no set dialing rules for timezones set in vicidial for Georgia. You would have to manually add them through filters I believe.

If ALL your leads are in the same time zone, you could set the time zone field during upload (or after uploading) and then turn off the time zone updater script. Then the leads would stay set in that time zone forever.
