ongoing problem w/automated reports arriving in email blank

How or why would an automated report show up blank? I send myself automated reports everyday and they show with all the data... works great! I changed the email address and now they are showing up blank... just a white blank empty screen. Why does this happen? I've asked the hosting company 5 or 6 times over the last few years and they don't respond.. has anyone else experienced this?

The email provider may be blocking the emails since it isnt encrypted

Consider that your credentials may be different in crontab vs cli. Consider capturing the output from the cron job to a log file.
