dtmf * and # doesn't work

I have used a test number to verify this. I can type names and digits with no issues with anything above SVN 3842 the pound and star key fail to function and report the key stroke on the system. no sounds feedback happens either.

I put this ticket in 2 months ago and have not heard anything else back about this. Has anyone else seen an issue with the * and # key stop working ?

Might be a good idea to post SIP DEBUG output from "working" and "not working" if you can.

Also make note of where these values originate. Are they in the Agent Session's DTMF field or are they on the agent's soft phone, or are they in the Viciphone interface ...

1. There is no output I will do a debug when the traffic is off the dialer. and post my findings.

2 This is happening in the Agent Session's DTMF field. When trying from the viciphone the keys work.

If it's the agent session screen field, you may also want to post the vicidial session information (AJAX and/or POST) plus any agi or other data related. Haven't traced that recently and it's not in memory.

Of course, tracing another digit press and seeing the different in the logs and output ...
