How to calll another extension from Vicidial

I can call to other vicidial extension from vici? I mean an agent need to talk with other agent and he need to talk with agent 2, I can do a call to agent 2 from Vici ?
If it does, how ?

You can dial their extension number if you want to call their extension directly. And if you want to send call from agent screen then you can select transfer => AGENTS => select agent and transfer.
Both ways it will transfer to call to specific agent.

A transfer is not the same as calling another agent. I don't think it's possible. Most of our clients use webphones with active connection, that means each agent can get a call at any time when they are not paused and so it would require a new feature so you can call another agent. Simply dialing their extension would only work with on-hook phones.

Each agent phone has a Phone/extne context and dialplan number.

If all the agents are still in "default" context, they can dial each other's dialplan number directly if they are using a softphone with a dialpad. Note that this is not tracked by any vicidial logging. This is a basic Asterisk function.

Of course, there's still the chat system if you are using Web phones that do not have dial pads
