24 hours time instead of AM/PM

Hello everybody,
is it difficult to add a selection where we can switch from AM/PM to 24 hours time, i.e. when we schedule callbacks?

Good idea for a feature request. Please post to the tracker.

I've uploaded a modified vicidial.php into the tracker.
Dropped AM/PM selection code.
Added 15 and 45 minutes selection.
Modified hours to 00-23 selection.

Please can anyone test it? I haven't got production servers so I can only test it by myself .

This is a raw attempt, but maybe it's a good idea to modify the admin side too, to make possible to switch from AM/PM to 24 and viceversa.
Any hint?

Thanks for posting. Usually it helps a lot more if you post a DIFF file of the changes instead of the complete file. hat way it will still be usable by people who have other versions of the script as well.
