the eyebeam not ringing when we login on vicidial..

Hi to all!

Anyone here can help me, cause I'm having a problem with the vicidial.. the problem is that i don't know why eyebeam's not ringing and cannot connect to the vicidial when I login. anyone please can help with this..

Hi Ram!

This is the scenario, actually the eyebeam and vicidial was working, but when we change our IP address. that's the time we encountered that problem... We also update the IP of the conference in the vicidial admin.

in short., eyebeam not ringing when our agents login on the dial pages., and not sending any report on the CLI.

change the server ip , conferesnce all with vicidial and not vicidial
ip , asterisk server ip

and if you are useing the same pc and have the pages in favorite or in booksmarks of mozilla please update the ip address


and its all if not works fine please post the cli message:-)

actually! we do it already and i think theres is no one in my session.. the voice message "you are currently the only person in this conference" is not showing after they login., eyebeam is not responding.

how did you change the conference ip ?

changing the conferences or updating it

maybe i think you have to it onesagain
and change with your ip

your having problems with the conference

when you change ip address of Vicidial server

you need to use ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl this script to change the ip address

the exten values in the vicidial conferences and conferences under the admin panel should match the extens in both extensions.conf and meetme.conf.. is this what you need to know?

u have to change the ip on /etc/astguiclient.conf file if u change ip... also u have to change the ip of the conferences on both vicidial conferences and conferences under the admin panel and also change the ip on the admin panel under the servers tab and the phone's server ip too..

my problem was back again., when i restasrt my linux server., the data on vicidial server the IP address was gone., and again my conference did not ring again., i tried the same method that you reply., but it is not working now?

"I cannot hear the voice ' You are currently the only person on this conference' my exten phone did not ring every time i login"
