Lead status not changing from new

Postby vidurmittal » Tue Dec 11, 2007 6:10 am

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the valuable suggestion. Matt when i followed the steps, when lead is dialed and the customer does not respond to the call the status of the calls is not changing to either 'No Answer' or something. In vicidial list the status of all dialed leads is 'NEW'.

And the list is showing following status

STATUSES WITHIN THIS LIST:
STATUS STATUS NAME CALLED NOT CALLED
NEW New Lead 13 12
SUBTOTALS 13 12
TOTAL 25

Thanks and Regards

Check to make sure you have the call_log AGI entries in your extensions.conf in all of the places they are supposed to be.

Also, make sure that your numbers comply with the dialplan dialing our extensions that you use.

I'm not looking for Asterisk AGI Debug, I'm looking for the VICIDIAL Servers setting for AGI output to be set to BOTH and you need to attach to the original Asterisk CLI and copy the output from that.

Hi Matt,

I am pasting the Asterisk CLI

-- Executing Dial("Local/911234567811@default-e255,2", "sip/spa2001|3|to") in new stack
-- Called spa2001
-- Nobody picked up in 3000 ms
-- Executing Hangup("Local/911234567811@default-e255,2", "") in new stack
== Spawn extension (default, 911234567811, 2) exited non-zero on 'Local/911234567811@default-e255,2'
-- Executing DeadAGI("Local/911234567811@default-e255,2", "agi://192.168.10.202:4577/call_log") in new stack
-- AGI Script agi://192.168.10.202:4577/call_log completed, returning 0

-- AGI Script agi://192.168.10.202:4577/VD_hangup--HV ... ----------) completed, returning 0
