IVR Problem

Hi,

I am facing a strange problem, i have a closer campaign and i have put a welcome messgae using ( playback) or (Background).everything was just fine but suddenly there is no voice on IVR.CLI show playing that file but there is no voice at all. i have replace gsm files but no luck.

can any one help?

Try stopping asterisk unloading zaptel and associated modules then reload modules start asterisk and see if the problem persists.

no error..

i recompile zaptel,libpri and asterisk, but nothing happens

I know this is strage advice, but it has worked in the past. Unplug the powerf from the server for 1 minute, then start it back up again. What you describe has happened three times to me and that fixed it each time. No idea why it happened.
