need help noose no session

Hello,
when I try to do a manual dial nothing happens and then I get that error message.

I used easy install
centos 5
vicidial from easy install.

I have been searching the forum and have tried a few things. I am no longer getting cron error mail messages. so my cron is working.

pls help. I'll post whatever you need me to post

and meetme config and database setting for the conference rooms

make sure you have followed the Scratch_install

you need to check the conference rooms

ztdummy installed and loaded
cron working
ntp synced

When I try to make a call from the astguiclient interface, my softphone rings then says "I'm sorry this call cannot be completed as dial" my x-lite phone says "Call established.

The messages from asterisk are as follows:
