I am trying to get a new installation up and running and get the message Sorry, there are no available sessions when I try and start a campaign. Can anyone tell me what I am missing in my setup that would cause me to receive this message?

no entries in the vicidial_conferences table for your server_ip

I populated the vicidial_conferences and the conferences tables with the server information, but still receive the error message. What else maybe missing?

That's the only thing that causes this problem. Take another look at your server_ip in the phones table and see if it matches the vicidial_conferences table entries.

We had moved this server after we had built it so the ip address had changed. I missed this one setting.

This is a good place to mention again the ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl script that will change everything in the database for you when you change IP address of a server.
