hi,



when i logged in into vicidial i got a problem..on my asterisk show a message:

and its hungup...

help me pls...it seems that the problem is on my conference..but doesnt know how to fix it..

Sounds like ztdummy (or whatever zaptel driver) you were running was unloaded? do an lsmod and provide output..

how can i fix that, yes i unload my channelbank., because its has a problem., thats why i pull it out., how can i do this without that hardware?

You cant you must have at least "A" zaptel module loaded. If you do not have any other zaptel devices use ztdummy.

modprobe ztdummy


you may need to unload everything reload zaptel/ztdummy and start asterisk again.

So long as you are not in production type the following


asterisk -r
stop now
rmmod zttranscode
rmmod ztdummy
(if you have others loaded remove those as well)
rmmod zaptel
modprobe zaptel
modprobe ztdummy
asterisk -vvvvvvvvcg

then test...
