Noone is in your session: 8600051 ... PLEASE HELP!

I have my asterisk server co-located runing the vicidial software.
I am using an Audiocode MP108 and cannot get it to ring.
I followed the scratch install guide to a "T".

The MP108 gateway is not local to the asterisk box. Do I have to set up my phones with an ip address so that it rings to the audiocode gateway?

Please help any input would be great.

when you logged in to the vicidial server as an agent what happens?

whats your asterisk cli say?

did a bootp reset of the mp108 gateway and used the scratch install to send the registration of the gateway to the asterisk box.

If you cannot get into your Audiocode gateway add RESETWEBPASSWORD to the ini file before flashing with bootp.

scratch install can be found using google by searching the term "asterisk audiocode setup" without the quotes. its the one with the webaddress of lists dot digium dot com.
