Vicidial connecting to the eyebeam soft phone

I have built two new servers. Everything seems to be working and running correctly. The only thing that appears to not be happening the the initial connection to the soft phone to begin a session of calls. Can anyone tell me what configuration files may hold the settings that I need to change to get the phone and the dialer connected?

Yes, I have the sip.conf and extensions.conf configured

1. Were you able to call between phones just by dialing the extension and not by logging on to vicidial?

2. screen -ls output?

3. Asterisk CLI output when you try to login?
