Sounds like either your server's default context or the context your phone is set to use doesnt know how to dial out.
Make sure the context on your server definition and your phone definition is set properly.

Show your logs when vici is trying to make a call.

You're trying to dial out of Zap/g2 - so group 2.
Are your zap channels configured for group 2? If not change it to use Zap/g1. You define this when you add your phone.

The whole picture

Postby hpsmags » Fri Jan 25, 2008 4:51 pm

I'm sorry it seams like i have one problem after the next. Maybe this can solve it. I have a 4 card FXO TDM400P wild card connected to 4 analog lines. then I have a Sipura SPA-2000 that is connected to the network and a analog phone connected to the spa-2000. I will include the extensions.conf , zaptel.conf and zapata.conf maybe its something simple that i just can figure out thank you sooooo much for all the help guys. Here is the CLI when i try to make a outbound call.
