Hi!

We used the astiguiclient for inbound, their are some of the agent has experiencing 2 calls are comming at the same time from his account while he/she resumes. Is their any solution to correct that thanx

do a show channels in the asterisk CLI and see if you have agents logged into the same meetme conference.

ensure your people log out properly. Closing the web browser without properly logging out is a common occurance.

What is the loadavg on your server when this happens?

Asterisk version?

astGUIclient version?

I assume it's minimal around 0.28 the load average, asterisk version 1.2 and astiguiclient version 2.0.95

2 times in a shift right now thier are 15 agents loging in vicidial and it will increase this comming month

If you upgrade it would be easier to debg your problem. your version is quite old.
