Survey Script Transfer

When using the extension 8366 survey script it allows you to be transfered to a represenative to be transfered to a live agent... but our phone does not ring in the test that we have done. I belive you have to set it up and I'm confused on how to setup the extension. We are using ext 2000 and 2001 with a 2 line Sipura-2000. thank you
