Hi there,
I'm getting "no VDAC record found" in FASTagiout log file for "Dial Method" set up on adapt_tapered. On manual, everything works fine. TIA

Do you have the 'o' flag in your outbound Dial string in extensions.conf?

It is working fine with the 'o' flag in Dial command.
'o' forces asterisk to send the original caller's ID. My SIP provider requires certain info in CID and using the original caller's ID is not an option. Is there a workaround for this issue?

No, the 'o' flag has to be present. The calleridnumber is definable in the campaign screen, but the callerIDname is used by VICIDIAL to track the calls through the system.
Who is your carrier that forces you to use specific callerIDname in your outbound calling?
