hi
i installed vicidial..successfully..
i added campiagns lists,and added leads to it..
everything is ready fr dailing..
bt i am able to dial manually by putting auto dial level to "0"
bt i am not able to dial predictively after changing it even..
kindly help me out

you need to set the dial method to something other than manual in order for that to work.

Hi
i recomend to understand the difference between
manual and autodial
manual dial you need make it 0
autodial you need to put 1 or above to make calls
depends on the method of dialing you are selected

yes..i changed the dial level to 1.5. but still i am not able to dial predictively

vicidial is set up perfectly...
i mean to say tht wen i put autodialer level to 0.. i am able to dial the leads perfectly with no problem..
but when i change it 1.5 or to for predictive dailing.. i am not ablt to dial predictively

PD can not be test with one agent.
it will not give you proper results

As ram said we cannot "imagine" your problem. Please provide config, and log output so we can help diagnose your issue. Clearly if VICIDIAL was setup up perfectly you would be able to dial predictively.

Have u set your Dial Method to RATIO.?
Its Dial Method must be RATIO.

If you want it to auto dial use Ratio.
