i have vicidialnow installed on dual xeon server 4g ram scsi hd
and have 1.5mb internet up 1.5 down 1.5

i have 22 agents working with it and the agents go 11 to brake to loung and 11 stay dialing , the problem its when the first 11 stop and go to loung the rest have to make logout and to continue dialing.
the dialer cant stay dialing before the first 11 agents logout , i dont know why the asterisk stop and the rest 11 have to logout and login to continue dialing
help
