Dial Method- RATIO confusion

hi
i'm using VICIDIALNOW and its version is 2.0.4.
i created a TESTCAMP and set the dial method to be RATIO,
Active:Y
Allow Inbound and Blended:Y
Allow Closers:Y
Hopper Level:5
Force Reset of Hopper:N
Auto Dial Level 1.0
Available Only Tally: N
Drop Percentage Limit: 3%
Maximum Adapt Dial Level: 3.0

and then i used a agent 7777 and phone cc304 to log in.
and i checked the option BLENDED CALLING(outbound activated) .
then i loaded some leads for TESTCAMP.
and at that time there was only a agent 7777 in whole system.
when i clicked the resume button, the VICIDIALNOW ststem help me to
dial out automatically. by then, everything worked fine.

:!: the problem is here , when the call between agent 7777 and the first customer connected, several minutes later , the first customer hanguped the call fisrt, and the agent 7777 didn't click the HANGUP CUSTOMER button, the agent 7777 just stared at the agent web, and about 40 seconds later, there was nothing changed in the agent web, and the agent web was still showing LIVE CALL. at that time, i used asterisk -rvvvv cmd to view asterisk's log, i found VICIDIALNOW system had dialed the second customer and the third customer automatically without web-interface's display. as a result, the second call dropped. about 140 seconds later, the agent's web jumped to disposition web automatically .

i opened the help documnet, and it says ". If RATIO then the normal dialing a number of lines for Active agents." is RATIO a kind of predictive dial methods? why RATIO can not dial the leads one by one automatically ?
why the agent web interface can not show the call status soon when the customer hangup first?
why there are no any changes in agent web even if the system started dialing the several customers in subsequent ?

about above these question , i'm confused so much.
i'll be very grateful to you for your guidance.

Have you tried setting "Available only Tally" to Y?

i set the "Available only Tally" to Y ,and then test it.
the VICIDIALNOW system works fine , it dials the customer one by one,
just as i hope.

i'm deeply grateful to you for your advice.

by the way, i don't know how the VICIDIALNOW system get the current maximum channels of the sip trunk when i use the a sip trunk.
can you give me some tips? thank you!

I think you need to read the manual.

You can set the maximum VICIDIAL trunks in the admin.php page ADMIN -> SERVERS page.
