not able to logon

hi..

i used fedora core 4 with full installation.

i installed asterisk and other important packages.
after installing astguiclient ..wen i try to logon to adin page..i amnot able to access it..

i am able to access othr php files in vicidial folder which is asking me for a psswrd.. bt i am not able to access admin page..

wat can be the problem??

help me out

wen i enter the path ip/vicidial/admin.php it should ask me for a username and password...but i am not getting anything...

You're not getting anything when you log in? are you sure you input the correct administrator user name and password?

If it is the correct log in info.

You should be able to see the Manager's interface

If not

Then you need to check if all the dependencies (php-mysql and some) are installed.

If yes

then check the memory limit on your php configuration.

If you cant login

then you are supplying the wrong credentials.
