automatic campaign with not agents ?

Here is the situation:

I got a list of people that i need to call and play an ivr to then and they will have a choice of 2 options.

I need to know if i can use vicidialnow and how can i set up this.

Note: it will be no agents because i just a call and then a message with 2 options and when the person press 1 or 2 it will play a thanks message and finish the call.

there is any way that i can do this?
