Only one agent is having this problem. They are using windows vista, firefox, X-lite...
When they log in thier average wait time is 3X other agents at the same dial ratios and times. With only one variable between this agents campaigns and the others used as a basis for comparison. She has schedule call backs enabled.
The other issue. There is a serious lag time from when a lead in placed into a meetme with her and when the leads info pops on the agent screen. Hang up, pause, resume buttons all have this "lag"...also sometimes she will hit resume and she remains on pause and will have to hit pause and resume again for the dialing to resume.
This is very odd. No one else is having these problems. I checked her error log in firefox and nothing.
I'm left scratching my head. I don't know what to do here.

Other than the obvious problem of Vista being used, I cannot think of anything. Do your other agents use Vista?
What version of Firefox?
What are the specs on the agent machines(CPU/RAM/etc...)
How many computers are on your network?
Callbacks being enabled would not cause this to happen.

Make sure you have user account control (UAC) turned off in Vista, as well as the firewall.
you'll find it under control panel -> windows firewall and control panel -> users

Have other users using vista no problems. Although users that have Vonage routers are a pain.
Not sure about the version of firefox...recent download. Had her check CPU usage about 4%...had her check ram...over a gig.
No other computers on her network. I only had about 4 other agents on when she had the problems.
No firewall is turned on....but you mentioned "user account control (UAC) "...I will look into this. What is it? How could it be causing these problems. It's very odd. I about 95% positive that it's something on the agents end...but I don't want to be one of those guys that just says, "It's your computer not us." I would like to know what is going on here.
