Hi,

I installed vicidial from scratch on my sever...

every thing was done as per information but I am unable to access the admin.php page....

welcome.php working fine from there I am able to access to agent page also but again same problem is occurring, cant access the admin.php page.

Has anybody encountered same problem before ???

Or I am doing something wrong ??

Please suggest...

Look at the apache errors logs.

should be php.ini memory issue

I Have installed from scratch and trying to use 6666/1234

yes the defaul is the if you use scratch installation from Vicidial

if you are using VicidialNow CD ISO

3. What's the root and admin password?

all passwords are vicidialnow all small caps. the user for the console is root. and for astguiclient is admin.

you can try this too:

1.- insert the instalation cd ( don't reboot your computer )
2.-
#mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom ( or any place you want to mounted )
#cd /root
#tar -zxvf /mnt/cdrom/vicidial.tar.gz
#cd Vicidial
#sh install_vici.sh

3.- ones it finish take the cd off and reboot the serve ( if you leave the cd inside it will reinstall your dialer again )

I got version 2.0.95 and when i install i have to do this in order to make ti work properly.

You may have some issues loading leads that you can fix doing this:

login as root
cd /usr/src/astguiclient
perl install.pl

this solutions are in the forum. I test it and works perfect
