how to set a campaign to autodial and send live calls to available agents?
Does anyone has any idea about this?
Please help me how to set this in vicidial.

Hi
You have to purchase the Manager's Manual. It is explained in detail in the manual.

Hi,
I have already purchased and read that manual.
But i cannot get any idea from that.
can u please explain me? How to transfer the live call to any logged in agent?
Any help would be appreciated.

B. Change your outbound dialing campaign to use Predictive Dialing
i recomend to read that section in the manager manual

Hi,
Actually I want that no agent have been logged into the vicidial client but the leads should be auto-dialled and if any caller receives the call then it should be transferred to any available agent.
Any idea about this?
Please help me for this.

What available agent would you have, if no agent is logged in?
