I have a client who is using alt phone and address 3 alt number dialling and when the client is reached on alt phone entry it is being dispositioned as phone1 is there any way that it can dispose as where the number is called?

With auto-alt-dial, that should be happening in the vicidial_log. I don't thnk the same thing happens in manual dial mode though.

So it will only show on the vicidial_log not on the agent screen?

I have not tested it in manual dial mode recently, but with auto-alt-dial yes it will record the number that was dialed, not just the main phone number.

I am wondering if it will also show on the agent screen because when you dispose that call it shows it is on PHONE1 not the number it was called.
