Hi Sir!!!
Am using a sify line with 2mbps bandwidth. We have a 15 seater Call center and dialing for USA. We have a Audio Codec too. We have problems in co-ordinating the Vici Dial IP in the audio codec or Vice Versa.
While calling manually without Vici dial PD or CRM the calls are perfect. But once we start dialing through Vici Dial the call clarity is too bad as most of the Operators seems to say that the customers are complaining that they can't hear the operator.
We would appericiate your help in helping us co-ordinate the Dialer Ip to Audio Codec and help us in proceeding with our dialing. Any further infos from our wards will be provided.
We are using Vici Dial basic version.

I'm not quite sure what the VICIDIAL Basic version is.
What version of Asterisk?
What is your zaptel timer?
What is the loadavg when you have audio problems?

Hello
Do you mean an Audiocodes?
Also, with sify you shloud be using sip-silence in the dialplan, as I think you would not be registering with their sip server.
