queuemetrics feature with vicidialnow

i have a question i already install queuemetrics and i have it configure. If i log in and agent on queuemetrics i can use all the features.

but, i'm trying to integrate it using the feature in the vicidialnow, so i fill all the spaces but i don't see the call in live monitoring or in the reports for the day.

I have the queuemetrics and vicidialnow in the same computer installed.

Any idea?

QueueMetrics has to be set to work from a database not a file, this sometimes is a pain to setup, but it will work, even on very high volume outbound dialing systems.

VICIDIAL writes directly to the queue_log table in the QueueMetrics database, NOT to queue_log text files.

that is maybe why.

Did you have the steps to set queuemetrics to work using database instead of files or any place that i can look for it ?

The steps are different depending on the version of QueueMetrics, and I have been working on a special version for a client that they commissioned from the makers of QueueMetrics so I don't know how much is similar to the stock install.

well i guess even if is a customer version the configuration.properties of the queuemetrics will be similar on everything.

i think i got queuemetrics connected by sql but how do i send the call to the isp using the q-100 to queuemetrics or direct to the isp ?????

Not really sure what you're asking here.

QueueMetrics doesn't handle the calls, it's just a stats program.
