After all agents left I noticed that there are several records in the list they were dialing that still have a status of INCALL.
Isn't there some script that fixes this in 1.12-3?
Has this been fixed in a newer release?

How many records stay as INCALL status?
Out of how many are in the list and how many calls placed total?

7 records with INCALL status out of 2935 records in the list.
The list was swept once completely and it's in the middle of the second run.

There is not a script that specifically changes all INCALL leads to something else, except that if one is set to INCALL, when the agent that last had that lead logs in again it should change that INCALL to an N.
The only way for a lead to stay as INCALL is if an agent closes their browser in the middle of a call without dispositioning it. Agents need to be reminded to LOGOUT when they are done.
