There is something preventing some of these scripts to run. Please post the contents of your /etc/astguiclient.conf file.
Also please try running the following command in the Linux command line and post the results:

Thanks again , I checked that it is exactly you said , and calls are okay thru soft phone , here I print some debug message which popup often: is that causing any problem ?
