Dialableleads = 0 at webpage

Hi

I have problem that when I runinng exisiting list its ok dilaing but when I load new leads and leads was loaded but there is no leads apear in dialableleads of vicidiasl webpage

it shows zero leads. what can be problem

Something I want to explain more.

When I add this lead in a different campaing it works. It means, it works for my one campaign but not work for other campaing. I think some one problem with my campaign.

compare your dial status between both campaings, maybe the non dialing campaing is using status not present at the loaded list.
