custom user/leads fields and call external page upon call

Hi.

I was wondering if the following are possible.

1. can vicidial leads have custom fields? custom fields that are dynamic depending on the values selected. example: field one is drop down, then field two changes depending on the value selected in field one.

2. can vicidial call an external command or external http page upon successful call and at the same time pass variables? I need to be able to pull up our crm system after a successful call and ithe crm will go to the data automatically based on the phone number passed (or name)

1. No, but people will usually use a separate web page to do this

2. Yes, this is usually how integrate special requirements or outside applications.

Just use the web form or an IFRAME in the script tab. Instructions are in the manual or the HELP ? link in the admin.php interface.
