Intermittent transfer issues

Experiencing a multitude of issues with 3-way transfers, issues are very intermittent.

2.0.4 - 1.2.24

Call comes
Agent does 3way to transferagent
Agent selects leave 3-way

a few different things can happen when this occurs

1. Can go through just fine.
2. transferagent can be disconnected while agent/customer are still together
3. customer can be disconnected while agent/transferagent are still together

mind when I say disconnected I mean moved to the properly created asterisk meetme conference. but for some reason in these instances the transferagent/customer are not sent out of the agent meetme into the 3way conference room.

Here is some output.

1. 9:27 AM: leave 3way call disconnected transfer line, customer still w/agent
2008-04-09 09:27:47|RDX|FIRST|5008|CL_TWB_B_L|Zap/5-1 is not live on 10.20.69.23|

2. 10:44 AM: leave 3way call disconnected customer line, agent still with transfer line
2008-04-09 10:44:43|RDX|FIRST|5008|CL_TWB_B_L|Zap/5-1 is not live on 10.20.69.25|



Any ideas?

Manual dial or auto dial for the original call?

I'm having the same issue on an autodial campaign except that we get about 10% of the transfer drop minutes after the two legs are transferred to their own meet me room.

i´m having this issue, mainly with inbound calls that are transfered to a different ingroup via local closer.

I have recently been looking into how to rewrite the leave 3way feature so that it will be more stable on moderate to high load systems. I will post more when I can...
