Vicidial not working at all

hello,

I have newly installed vicidial followed scratch install

My server configurations are.

Dual-Core Xion 2.2Ghz
Inter Server Board
4 GB RAM

CentOS 5
Asterisk 1.2.24
libpri 1.2.5
zaptel 1.2.19
astguiclient VERSION: 2.0.95 BUILD: 70402-1157


Vicidal installed properly.

every thing works without any error.

But when i login to agent screen it doesn't play any file when i try to run recorded message.

or if i use simple out bound campaign calls not transfer to agent.

with either incoming or outgoing campaign call are not transferring to agent at all.

I did same installation on P4 System with 512 MB RAM it works perfect.
calls transfered to agents, recorded message works fine.

I match the configuration 100% but it works on P4 not with Xion System

I am confused help needed .

What type of timing hardware do you have? Are you using ztdummy ... is it loaded?

tried with both with zaptel and without it using ztdummy i made sure it's loaded.

there was no error while running asterisk

with ztdummy and with zaptel card.

and funny thing is that i use the same configuration with P4 system.

both with ztdummy and with zaptel it works fine.

used same card on P4.

when login to agent screen it plays you are only in this conference.
but when i use Xeon it doesn't play welcome .

incoming call with same issue.
