hello im having problem because
i have vicidialnow installed

and some times it sends a lot of calls at the same time to agen

and it ,makes it Unpleasant

check your server load.

check if your agents are logging out properly.

if that happens again, click show conference channels and hang up everything then logout and login again.

if problem persists please use the search function
