softphone not ringing

Hi

When agent logs into the agc/vicidial.php software is not ringing!

in asterisk -r

nothing is happeining.....

Is there changes in new version or something in asterisk is seriously wrong. My asterisk works anyway.

What would some of the problems might happen.....

your installation is not complete or not correct ... try to use vicidialnow just to get started then move on your own if you wish but believe me its good to start from an already configured system. thats the way open source works, nobody knows everything but yet again if taking the whole comunity together we know everything.
