Meetme Sound Issue

Postby erwan » Thu Apr 17, 2008 9:17 am

Hi,

Sometime, and i don't know why i've got some problem with sound level on customer side of the meetme room.

But strange things is:
- Agent have no problem with sound they hear very well the customer
- The customer does not hear the agent that it is very low.

I've try with the Meetme Volume Patch and not better, i see the metmeadmin in asterisk CLI,

I've try with many different hardware,

AMD Athlon 64X2 / XEON / Dualcore / Core2DUO

Many memory more than 2Go

But always whit asterisk 1.2.17 / SIP or IAX trunk / zttdummy as Timer

Any Idea ???

sound like your VoIP provider problem not yours ... whever you get such problem quickly call them & tell them its happening ... maybe they can trace it back to the source.
