LSI Logic Card

Postby Trying » Sat May 03, 2008 5:36 am

Hi Guys

Can anyone please advise which model LSI Logic Card to buy for the best performance and features? I will be using 4 SCSI U320 73gb drives with RAID 10.

Thank you in advance.

I am thinking of buying the MegaRAID SCSI 320-2E, but I don't see on the driver list that Slackware or Centos is supported. Does anyone know if these operating systems are supported?

I have installed about 100 of the LSI Logic 320-1 SCSI RAID cards in the last 3 years and they work great with Slackware and most Linux distros.
