No leads in Hopper

I have a new VicidialNOW 1.1RC1 install and I can load leads lists and it says they are good, and I can even search for leads that I uploaded from the csv lists and they show in admin_search_lead.php with the correct info, however for some reason the hopper won't load them. If I run the hopper script in debug mode from the command line I get the following error:

NO SHUFFLE-NEW-LEADS INTO HOPPER DEFINED FOR LEAD ORDER
ERROR CANNOT ADD ANY LEAD TO HOPPER

Any ideas?

...and yes i did add a new list and assign it to my campaign. In fact i followed the admin manual to a T.

What call time do you have set?

Can you post the results of "./AST_VDhopper.pl --debug"

I had it set for 9-9 but i changed it to 24 hour. This is the output from debug:

check the dial prefix

if you use the 1 prfix
use this X
IF YOU USE THE 9 OR OTHER USE THEM

and check if the dial new status is load into the campaign

and like says matt check the calltime
and letme know

I am new to Vicidial, so that last post was kind of confusing. I do use a 9 to dial out as that is specified in my extensions.conf. Where do i specify that option in the leads list? I don't see it. Also, I changed my call time to 24 hours just for testing, so that is set. Also I set the dial new status in the campaign and it is currently set to:

Dial Status 1: NEW - New Lead

I reran the hopper script but still get the same order. Any advice? Thanks for all your replies so far, you guys have been very prompt.

i suggest you redo the tutorial in the book again. you just missed something in it.
steps are :
create campain,
create list
create agent
create phone
load leads into the list
affect list to campain

login with your agent/phone logins.

you're done
you're happy
you smile again

I will go through and do the tutorial again, but I have done it many times and always end up with the same result. I will try once more though to see if I missed anything.

Ok, got the hopper situation figured out... So I got that all set and now I am up to the part where I login to the campaign, but my xlite softphone won't ring. It is using cc100/test login as specified in sip.conf with xlite and it shows im registered (both in xlite and on asterisk console), and I am using login 100/test for vici. I can login fine, however the phone never rings. I even tried specifying the ip in the phone modify section. Any ideas?

Also wanted to mention that asterisk seems to be working fine. I have 3 phones connected, a analog adapter, and 2 xlite softphones on a laptop and desktop. I can ring each of the phones by dialing their extension (100-102) and it works great speech and all. But i can't get them to ring when i login to vici like it says it will in the manual.

Also wanted to mention that on the softphones i need to use l/p cc100/test but the vici web interface doesn't accept cc100/test, but it accepts 100/test. Sip.conf says the l/p is cc100/test and I would think vici would reference this, but maybe not? Anyways, i think this may be part of the problem or maybe not.

Have you changed the IP address settings of your VicidialNOW installation? If yes you need to update the IP settings of your system by running: "update_server_ip".

I got it to work but it seems like it can be picky with certain lists... or doing something in a specific order ( i will have to pay close attention next time)

I am getting the same error message when I run debug. Can you post the steps you used to resolve your issue with the leads not getting into the hopper.

Dear All

I was facing same problem, but I fix it in this way.

please set "Local Call Time" to 24 hours - default 24 hour calling in your campaign setting,

I hope it will load leads.
