problem with vici

evrytime my agent click on a button, he is logged out automatically. when he logs in back. call is still there.

does the phone rings when the agent try to log in and when it try to answer the call it hangs up automatically??????

Thanks for the response. I found out who the culprit is. Skype. new version of skype has a link in mozilla browser. uninstalled skype. viola! problem is gone. thanks!
