Here's the Setup

Server 1 Asterisk/VICIDIAL/MYSQL/Apache - Using ulaw/alaw with recordings
Server 2 Asterisk - just so that we cna insert more agents into here.

the problem was I cant locate the recordings made by the vicidial on the server 2. I mean yes it does dial. when they do manual dialling it records the calls but when they use vicidial i dont see the recordings.

Any ideas?

have you check in this directory /var/spool/asterisk/monitor
is AST_CRON_mix_recordings_BASIC.pl running ?

No matter,

I fixed it. my extensions.conf was a messed.
