in vicidial.php, what are? and what are the best settings for this?
$agentcallsstatus = '0'; # set to 1 to show agent status and call count
$campagentstatctmax = '0'; # Number of seconds for campaign call and agent stats

depends on your setup. I usually will use 3 for the $campagentstatctmax setting. The other is just a 1 or 0 switch.

why is working on autodial mode and not in manual mode?
i'm looking to have a call counter, for the agent, to he know the total calls from the current day. that is possible?

That feature is only for auto dial, will not work in manual mode.
This feature has nothing to do with the number of calls handled by the agent per day.
If you would like to add a feature like that you could submit a feature request to the tracker, or if you want it done faster you could contract us to add this feature for you.
