That is not Valid Extension

Hi There,

I have installed Vicidialnow rc2 successfully. And Able to call within extension which were there cc100 to cc101 etc..

Agents are able to login but during Dialing the message is coming

" I AM SORRY, THAT IS NOT VALID EXTENSION"

Not able to figure out the problem where I have done either in Extensions.conf or sip.conf, Please help me out.

extension to outside world is not configured. maybe if you provide more information about your trunks ...

I think there is problem with Sip.conf and extensions.conf as after registering with this server I am not able to dial any outside nos also In eybeam.

This is Sip.conf file which i have changed

I have uncommented all other trunks otherthan this

Anything I need to Change or I have done wrong??

Don't Expect A Solution

Hi,

Dont expect an answer to this problem as a solution to this would result in many of the consultants losing the money they earn by providing remote installation & services.

Hello

It seems you are really dialing a not valid extension. Always check your extension.conf and the leads you are dialing.

Can you also provide the whole cli output when dialing?

Hi There,

Thanks from all. Now I am able to dial Manually and Auto Dial both successfully after searching problem here in forum. Now I need to check whether AMD is working or not so searching the forum again if i Need to change any configuration file. If anyone knows about, post the links.

supposing you folowed the scratch install and added AMD ... to check AMD simply tell your agents to tell you whether anyone has recieved a call & heard answering machine ....

SAD SAD SAD!!!

I thought this forum is for helping and not for providing cheap advertisement for service consultants.
