Hi,
We tried searching for a recording of a certain call but wasn't able to find it. Later did we find out that it was recorded together with the previous call that the agent made. Do anyone of you guys experience the same problem we had? Any idea why?
Thanks,
Mitch

We're using Agent Call Manual (Manual Dial) wherein the agents manually type the phone number to dial that has the option to be added as new leads.
Our asterisk/dialer is connected to a channel bank. We're using a multi-server setup wherein the web + database is on a separate server. Currently, our asterisk server load (2GB RAM) reaches up to 97% of the total memory running 15 agents with All Call Recording enabled.
